· Once your order is placed, please allow 5 business days for processing.

· Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

· All orders are custom and made to order.

· Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days.

· Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery.

· Please note that shipping times may be affected by factors such as holidays and unforeseen delays.

· Once the package(s) has left our facility, Porch and Parlour is no longer responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. If you would like insurance or direct signature requirements on your package, please let us know as soon as the order is placed.
