Our Return/Refund/Order Cancellation Policy
Please note that all our products are made to order, making them non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 2-3 days of receiving it. When returning an item, it must be in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Failure to adhere to this requirement will result in forfeiture of the refund.

Please note:
1. Quality inspection: Every order leaving our workshop undergoes a meticulous quality control inspection before being approved for shipping.
2. Customized Orders: All orders are custom and we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect.
3. Color Variations: Please be aware that variations in color may occur due to the differences in dye lots and individual computer screens. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns solely based on difference in perceived color compared to expectations.
4. Return Shipping Responsibility: Please be aware that we do not cover the cost of return shipping arrangements.
5. Right to Refuse Returns/Exchanges: We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges in situations deemed necessary.
Our Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel your order, please email Sales@porchandparlourhome.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We do not accept cancellations after this 24 hour period.
